How can schools or libraries use AuthorBookings.com?
AuthorBookings.com helps connect teachers, librarians and other educational professionals with authors and artists who are available for speaking opportunities. Each member profile provides a bio, presentation description, and photos.
If you are looking to connect for a specific event, you can also list your school or organization on the OPPORTUNITIES FOR AUTHORS page on our site.
It is always free for teachers, librarians and other educational professionals to connect with our members!
How can I search for an author to come to my school or organization?
There are several ways you can find authors or artists on our site:
You can use the Search bar located in the upper right corner of the navigation to search for authors and artists by name or using keywords.
You can visit the Search Directory page and click on the links to view members of a specific category, book type, presentation audience, location, or topic, or you can search by keyword(s).
You can click on the categories listed under each author's photo and title on the home page. For example, if you click on SKYPE PRESENTATIONS, you will be able to view all authors listed in that category.
How can I find out about the latest authors, artists, and speakers who join AuthorBookings.com?
We recommend that you bookmark our site so that you can come back and search for new authors, artists, and speakers. We also encourage you to like our Facebook page and like us on Instagram to stay up-to-date.
How can I list my school or organization on AuthorBookings.com?
If you represent a school, library or media organization and are looking for authors, artists or speakers to connect with you, fill out the form on the OPPORTUNITIES FOR AUTHORS page under the CONNECT tab in the main navigation. We will take care of the rest!
Please note: We will not post any opportunities that involve charging a fee to our members.
How can I provide feedback about my experience using AuthorBookings.com?
We would love to hear your success stories! We also want to hear your suggestions for improvements for our site. Simply, fill out the form located in the footer of each page to provide your feedback and/or suggestions. We may feature your comments on the Testimonials page.
